Enjoy a fresh meal right here on the property after a surf session at Popoyo. Our restaurant and bar is conveniently located on site, and offers a full menu of Nicaraguan and American food. Check out the menu below offered from 7am to 8pm.
We offer a range of dishes to please everyone. Have an omelette, french toast, or a pancake with a fresh natural juice for breakfast. Enjoy a cheeseburger, fried chicken, fresh fish and lobster, or an amazing pasta dish with a glass of wine for dinner. Are you a vegetarian or a seafood lover? No problem, simply let us know what your favorite meals are and we will do our best to make them available to you during your stay!
Also available is a variety of very cold beverages in our below zero Tona refrigerator. We also offer wine, cocktails, and fine liquors including Nicaragua’s award-winning aged rum, Flor de Cana.
This area features a TV, DVD, satellite cable, and surround sound stereo with Ipod hookup. It’s a nice spot to meet fellow travellers as well as locals who stop by for the coldest best beer in town! Ice cream, Snickers, granola bars, and freshly made banana bread are also available for snacking between surf sessions.

Hola!
My name is Ghizlane Malti, 23 year old gal hailing from Austin, Texas and I’ve been living in San Juan del Sur since the start of March. I have completely fallen in love with Nicaragua, the culture, the people and the beauty and am not ready to leave on my departure date which is about a month from now. Hence why I am sending this email, reaching out to see if you have any available job opportunities, whether it be serving, reception, etc..I’ve had experience in a little bit of everything! I will gladly send a resume if need be and you can find me on Facebook under my name Ghizlane Malti, chances are I’m the only Ghizlane Malti on Facebook.
Hope to speak soon!
Cheers,
Ghizlane
