Our Popoyo house and room rentals boast a premium location on our beautiful, quiet 7 acre property 600 meters to Playa Popoyo. The house and room rentals provide a variety of price points, all of which include 15% hospedaje taxes. We have a restaurant on site open from 7am-8pm serving delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. Laundry service is available for a small fee, and maid service is free upon request. All guests are welcome to our amenities including wifi, hammocks and sitting areas amongst our beautiful gardens, transportation/surf guiding to local beaches, boat trips for surfing/fishing, surf photography, and on site massage, among others. Prices are slightly negotiable for longer stays, please inquire.
Casa Rosa - chill out after the beach and let your suit dry off
Casa Rosa ($35 for 1-2 persons, $5 each extra person)
Casa Rosa is the second story of a two story house. The house features air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a clean bathroom and shower. A large television, DVD player, stereo, and various books are in the room as well. Daily maid service is available upon request. The balcony is open to the prevailing offshore winds. It provides a magnificent view and features a hammock and rocking chairs. Magpie-jays, kiskadees, parakeets, and multiple species of hummingbirds visit the house and the surrounding landscaping daily.

The Green Room ($20 with AC, sleeps 2)
The downstairs level of Casa Rosa has it’s own entrance and front porch. It is available for $20 a night. This room features 2 single beds. Also available is the option for one double bed, perfect for couples. Bathroom and shower in detached unit. One of the best values in the Popoyo area, this rental books quickly.
Casa Tranquila
Casa Tranquila ($30 per night for 2, $5 each extra person
This house is new for the 2012 surf season. It’s a 2 story house that rests on the back of the property. It has a very peaceful setting and is removed from our other houses, yet it is only steps away from our restaurant and common area. Howler monkeys can be seen in the surrounding trees. Can sleep up to 4. No AC, but has fans. Private bathroom, and indoor and outdoor showers. Pleasant balcony with rocking chairs amongst a towering tree.
Casa del Toro
Casa del Toro – $6 per bed, sleeps 5
Casa del Toro has a large enclosed front porch with 5 beds available. This area is dorm-style and first come-first serve unless you make a reservation in advance. Up to five can sleep comfortably on the fully enclosed front porch. Bathroom and shower in a close-by detached unit.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a variety of snacks, cold beer, and beverages are served in our relaxing garden cafe. Check out our Garden Cafe Menu! We have everything you need to enjoy a simple and relaxing stay at Popoyo!

The beautiful beach of Popoyo, home to the world famous A-frame break of Popoyo and the Pipeline-style Outer Reef break, is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. The peaky, wedgy, hollow beachbreak of Santana is a 10-15 minute bike ride or 25 minute walk. A short walk south of Santana is Playa Rosada, a fast, hollow left pointbreak. A mile north of Popoyo is the beachbreak of Guasacate. The breaks of Colorado, Panga Drops, Manzanillo, and more lie to the south. Astillero, Lance’s Left, Chacocente, Playgrounds and more lie to the north.

Did not know if there is a possibility to get in on those dates. I should be solo but may find someone at the last minute. At most there will be two of us. we are 2 surfers, and we heard a lot of good comments about your lodge from our friends that were in Popoyo in november december (the french people, Damien, Corado).
we would like to book the green room for 13 days if it’s possible… from the 18/3/12 to the 31/3/12, with airport pickup for 2 persons (arrival time 19H30).
We will need certainly some surf guide or boat trip to discover the jewels of the area, we’ll see …

hey Mike!! i was wondering if me and my girlfriend could rent the casa rosa room for the dates of march10—16. we would also need airport pickup and drop off. and if u could just email me what i need to do to make this easy for you i would appreciate it.
