Popoyo Nicaragua offered up waves in the excellent range today. A strong south swell around 190 degrees combined with an incoming lunar tide and light offshore winds. Popoyo outer reef, the inside corner of outer reef Popoyo, Popoyo proper, and the peak at the river mouth bordering Guasacate were all firing. Nicaragua does it again!
Shot some friends and clients for a couple hours, and realized I had forgotten my board and shorts. My friend Mikey Files lent me a board and boardshorts and took some shots as well. Thanks Mike!
